Work completed as promised, looks amazing, and great communication. The team of Rodger, Omar and Alex did our job. Well organized and very knowledgeable on all questions and well prepared. One of the things that most impressed me, was when the job was complete they took the time to clean the gutters, the grassy area around were the work was completed, swept the cement area and picked up all debris. The team were very approachable. For sure a 5 star rating from making the appointment until the follow up from Rodger. Thank you and highly recommend.
Next Level Custom Brick did an outstanding job when they replaced the front concrete steps leading to our front door and enhanced the concrete mortar on both brick towers on either side of the steps. The step demo was fast and accurate, all the concrete debris was removed by the team. They cut the new concrete steps to size on site and expertly installed them, enhancing the immediate curb appeal of our home. The team then replaced the old concrete mortar on the two adjoining towers that color matched the original brick face. A great job by a very capable company. We highly recommend them for their concrete expertise.
Nic and his team were great. From the initial call (visited our home in less than 24 hours); honest assessment, fair price, timely scheduling, and then high quality work on repairing our chimney. Good communications every step of the way.
Patrick Sullivan2024-05-12I would like to thank Nic and his crew for the work they did on our chimney... they did a amazing job cleaning up a previous contractors sub-par work... his estimate was accurate and honest I would recommend Next level to anyone and everyone who needs brick repair!... Edit... After a few weeks we still noticed a small leak on our chimney, they came out right away and spent a considerable amount of time on the roof with a water hose trying to figure out the leak and they found it...got us a reasonable quote and began the work in between jobs... During the process workers had found 3 cracked flue pipes, Nic came out assessed the situation and drove out to get the new pipes...in the process of the rebuild it did start raining, the workers stuck it out and got the job done...Again Tarina and I want to say Thx to Nic and the entire crewPatricia Schleh2024-04-22The owners of NEXT LEVEL CUSTOM BRICK LLC, Nick and Kate Thompson, were extremely helpful in determining the major problem i was experiencing with my chimney. They did replacement steps for my front porch. There was an issue with one of the pre-cast steps. The crew came back out the following week and replacement the entire step. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for masonry work.Shelley Beck2024-04-04I used Next Level Custom Brick LLC in March 2024 to repair my chimney by replacing multiple levels of brick, adding a new concrete crown, and tuckpointing other areas of the chimney. I also had my front porch steps rebuilt with brick and had tuckpointing done to my bluestone porch top and walkway. I am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Communication with the company was excellent. I received a return phone call immediately with a consultation appointment for the next day. Roger arrived on time, took photos with a drone, listened to me, answered my questions and then sent the cost estimate via email the next day. I was able to have the work done the following week. The crew arrived on time each day and completed the repairs in the estimated timeframe. Our lead Alex was polite and kept a clean and organized work space throughout the entire process. They took care of the bluestone that was to be reused so no additional pieces had to be purchased. I did contact Roger a week or so after to request a return visit in order to clean up a few spots of mortar that I noticed on the bluestone. The crew arrived promptly and removed the spots. I am extremely satisfied with my chimney and front porch/walkway repair. I was and am impressed with Next Level Custom Brick’s professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service. She was kind and very flexible when scheduling our quote. Our quote was completed by a gentleman named Nic. Nic is honest and fair, he was neither pushy or aggressive, just a good guy working to make an honest living! We let Nic know we were looking for a darker brick to match our roof, much to our surprise the next day he went out of his way to pick up some bricks and bring them by giving us an idea of the darker options. Ultimately we decided that Next Level Custom Brick was the choice company and we were scheduled for install just a few days later. Nic kept us informed every step of the way up to project completion. On install day the crew arrived in timely fashion and did an amazing job completing our chimney, we have no complaints and cannot praise these guys enough!
